Once we get your permission, we will pull your credit to determine your credit history & credit score. When we review all this info., we give you either a Pre-Qualification or Pre-Approval Letter. Your Real Estate agent will use the letter to make the best offer on the home you choose -- It gives you buying clout!

Step three: Apply now with our Secure Loan Application!

Step four: Your Mortgage is Funded (Closing)

Your Realty agent & seller will work together to designate an Title company to handle the closing. We will coordinate with the Title company making sure all the papers the are in order & you'll sign everything at the closing table.
